Pre-Cap SPP+ Bonus
Before you've hit your cap, you can choose to direct up to 5% of each commission into REAX stock at the time of purchase, and Real adds a 10% bonus in extra shares on top — meaning every dollar you put in effectively becomes $1.10 in stock, partly funded by Real rather than entirely out of your own pocket.
Post-Cap SPP+ Bonus
Once you're capped and already keeping 100% of your commission, you can increase your stock contribution to 10% of each check, and the matching bonus jumps to 15% — a richer match specifically for the months when you have the most room to build equity, since you're no longer paying anything to Real on the split side.
Stock Awards
Hit your annual cap and Real automatically awards 150 RSUs — no application, no extra paperwork, it just happens the moment your split contributions reach your cap. Personally attract a producing agent and earn 75 more RSUs when their first qualified deal closes, rewarding you for growing the agent side of the business on top of whatever revenue share that same recruit generates long-term.
Elite Agent Awards
The production threshold isn't within reach for most agents every year, but for agents doing $500K+ in GCI or otherwise hitting Elite status, it's an extra $12,000 in RSUs on top of everything else — plus a reduced $129 post-cap transaction fee that keeps compounding for the rest of that year.
Pre-Cap Stock
The option to begin directing part of your production into REAX stock from your very first commission check, before you've even hit your cap — so equity-building starts on day one instead of waiting for a milestone.
Capping Stock Award
Individual agents, team leads, and $12K team members earn 15 shares at their $12K cap; $6K team members earn 7 shares at their $6K cap; $4K team members earn 5 shares at their $4K cap. Automatically awarded — no separate application required.
Post-Cap Stock
Once you're capped, both your stock purchase contribution and Real's matching bonus increase, so equity builds faster in the second half of your year — the same months you're already keeping 100% of your commission.
Cultural Award
This is Real's way of rewarding the agents who make the community actually work — the ones teaching classes, mentoring newer agents, showing up to masterminds consistently. It's evaluated separately from production, layered on top of production-based Elite Agent stock, so an agent who's deeply active in the community but has a slower production year can still qualify.
